Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday 8:00 a.m. until 5:15 p.m. Office staffing may vary; if possible, call ahead to be sure a staff member will be available to assist you.


   

Immunizations

We provide immunizations for infants, children, and adults, at prices considerably lower than a physician's office. We can also provide vaccine recommendations for traveling, starting school, and starting a new job. Seasonal flu clinics are held between late October and early November. Dates will be posted on this site when available.  

Need Help Feeding Your Family?

WIC is a supplemental food program for Women, Infants, and Children. WIC is funded at 185% of povety level. For example, a family of four would be eligible if their income is $40,793 per year or less.  We have openings!

Tests, Reporting, and Referals

In-house pregnancy tests, blood glucose checks, and vital measurements including blood pressure are available. We can provide counseling and referals for communicable diseases, family planning, etc.

Homemaker Program

The goal of this program is to assist seniors with cleaning and maintaining their home. Since it is funded by a grant through Rocky Mountain Development Council, each participate must meet eligibility requirements. The homemaker makes weekly or biweekly visits to each client.
